NICK ALFIERI
Lead Vocal, Guitar, Harmonica, Percussions
Nick is a man of many hats, along with many musical talents! He currently fronts Tattoo You with his unique voice and energy, while delivering dynamic control. With moves like Jagger, he enters a relationship with the audience that is admirable and fun!
He plays the harmonica on such songs as Sweet Virginia and Midnight Rambler, and Can't you hear me Knocking wouldn’t be same without Nick on the Bongos.
Nick also sings and plays guitar in a Classic Rock Band and previously played guitar and back up vocals for a Bad Company Tribute Band, while having the privilege of performing and sharing the stage with legendary drummer Simon Kirke of Bad Company and Free.
Other than the influence of the Rolling Stones and the great Classic rock bands, he is an ardent admirer of Chuck Berry, Elvis, and legendary blues musicians, songwriters Muddy Waters and Robert Johnson.
LOUIE ALFIERI
Guitar, Backup Vocal
Lou has been playing with Tattoo You for 14 years drawing inspiration from blues, R&B, classic rock, and funk traditions.
Playing music at an early age, jamming with family and friends, he found that playing guitar was his passion, especially when he heard and picked up the extraordinary riffs and sound of Keith Richards! “If there’s one guitar player who encapsulates the very sound of his band, it’s Keith. His playing is idiosyncratic, loose, and the stuff of legend,” which Lou loves to emulate and feeds to the crowd!
As a versatile guitarist who has honed his rhythm guitar skills through years of performing live, Lou always delivers an iconic sound with melodic accents that are essential to the band and has a great time doing it!
NICK RIZZO
Bass
Rizzo is often a quiet, mysterious figure who shuns the spotlight, preferring to blend into the background rather than take center stage.
However, when playing live you cannot help noticing how he adds depth, links the harmony and rhythm together, contributing to the groove, feel, and style that channels the sound of the greatest rock and roll band, the Rolling Stones.
A strong bassist who is consistent, precise and works in tandem with the band to keep the energy high and the rhythm going. Nick’s consistent, rhythmic style of playing is an integral part of Tattoo You’s success.
With influences from many different genres, including funk, R&B, soul, rock, reggae, jazz, heavy metal, and country, gives Nick the versatility to perform in other tribute bands, as well as wedding bands, and has performed at well-known venues such as the Stone Pony and BB Kings.
When he is not performing, he enjoys his family, hanging out with a few beers and hitting the circuit to enjoy other bands and seeing the style and success they have to offer to the music industry.
VINCENT PHELGE
Guitar, Backup Vocal
From the moment he heard Brown Sugar at the age of 14, Vincent's journey took off and continues to this day. A Rolling Stones junkie who eats, breathes, and lives the sounds of Mick Taylor, Brian Jones, Ronnie Wood & Keith, Vincent is pursuing his musical dream jamming with Tattoo You and emulating the songs and incredible sound of the greatest rock and roll band in world, The Rolling Stones!
With a deep understanding of different genres, Vincent seamlessly transitions between bluesy licks, funk grooves, and soaring rock leads, he is a fluent, melodic guitarist making him a prominent member of Tattoo You.
Influenced by The Stones, Elvis, The Cars, INXS, and Michael Jackson, Vince is emotionally charged, versatile and delivers a high energy performance with a unique style of guitar playing known and loved by all fans.

JOE RYAN
Drums
A well-seasoned drummer with over 25 years of experience with a diverse range of musical influences, from rock, blues, funk, and jazz, Joe ensures a solid and dynamic rhythmic foundation for Tattoo You.
Joe’s passion is crafting music with a mix of solid groove and technical precision, always seeking to elevate each song, and is known for his keen listening skills, dynamic approach and his strong, natural groove that is essential to recreating the sound of one of the greatest bands in the world, the Rolling Stones!
His first drum set was bought with his allowance at the age of 10 and he hasn’t stopped playing since. Growing up in town with most of his Tattoo You band mates, the guys have been jamming and working together for years, which contributes to the solid sound they create today.
Joe also plays and leads his own Rock n Roll band outside of Tattoo you and has received multiple awards and acclamations for playing Benefits for Veterans' organizations, which is close to his heart as he is a 6-year Veteran of the U.S. Army.
STEVE GOTTLIEB
Saxophone
Steve brings his powerful tenor sax sound to Tattoo You with the intention to thrill audiences by performing accurate renditions of the classic sax solos loved by Stones fans. Influenced by the best of Jazz, Soul, Funk, R&B, Blues, and Rock, Steve is right at home delivering the unique horn ‘vibe’ that is heard throughout so much of The Stone’s music.
Prior to joining Tattoo You Steve was already a well-known player in the greater New York area accompanying some of the area’s best Blues and R&B acts, including Blues Hall of Fame honorees and contest winners. With his penchant for horn driven acts like Tower of Power, Blood Sweat & Tears, Chicago, as well as the music of Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Steely Dan, and Pink Floyd, Steve has a deep pool of playing experience to draw from.
Performing the Rolling Stones with Tattoo You is a special treat as the band is committed to delivering authentic sounding shows with the greatest sense of love for the music to share in each and every performance.
Whenever the music calls for it, Steve loves to play interpretive solos and background riffs that add power and excitement to a live Stones show. It can be challenging to emulate the sound of the big horn sections The Stones use, but Steve makes every effort to play ‘big enough’ to make that happen.
